Payment
We accept the following payment options:  Credit and debit cards

Credit and debit card transactions are handled through Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb). We accept all Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.

Please note: We currently do not accept American Express.
 

Refunds, Cancellations, Bookings and Non-attendance
Refunds will only be permitted at the discretion of Mindful Medicine.

If for any reason you need to cancel, postpone a booked group course or session, or are unable to attend a booked group course or session, you may use the credit for the next available course or session provided you request this via email gillian@mindful-medicine.co.uk with 72 hours notice - and obtain confirmation.

For individual, one to one sessions, please provide 24 hours notice by emailing gillian@mindful-medicine.co.uk - and obtain confirmation.

In exceptional circumstances the notice periods may be waivered at the discretion of Mindful Medicine.
