Taking back some control, and giving you the opportunity to support and benefit your own health and wellbeing, helps to prevent the build up of stress, reduce stress, pain and sleep problems affecting home and work life. As an accredited teacher of Mindfulness and Meditation from the British School of Meditation, I offer both online and in person meditation classes, suitable for all. Don't miss the weekly FREE Live Meditations below!

Monday Restorative Meditation Retreat

The best class for pure relaxation, less stress and better sleep!  This deeply restorative online class takes place every fortnight.

​

This shorter online class can be enjoyed from the comfort of home, hotel, holiday or even hospital! Only ONE booking required per family unit/household for the ONLINE CLASS, as long as each attendee is registered here and confirms their attendance (£15 per household). Remember to find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, where you won't be disturbed. Grab a cushion, pillow, blanket and feel free to use audio or video - mute or unmute.

Look out for upcoming dates for the very popular IN PERSON Sunday Restorative Meditation. Places are limited for this deeply relaxing mini-retreat. Please bring yoga mats, blankets, or cushions to be warm and comfortable. All welcome, including teens with accompanying parent/guardian.
