Sunday Restorative Meditation Retreat
The best class for pure relaxation, less stress and better sleep! This deeply restorative class takes place usually on the first Sunday of each month, mostly always online via Zoom and when we can in person at one of a number of beautiful village halls and studios in and around the quaint and semi-rural market town of Newbury.
For IN PERSON classes (1.5hrs, £20+), places are limited and are charged per person. Please bring yoga mats, blankets, or cushions to be warm and comfortable. All welcome, including teens with accompanying parent/guardian.

The shorter online class can be enjoyed from the comfort of home, hotel, holiday or even hospital! Only ONE booking required per family unit/household for the ONLINE CLASS, as long as each attendee is registered here and confirms their attendance (£15 per household). Remember to find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, where you won't be disturbed. Grab a cushion, pillow, blanket and feel free to use audio or video - mute or unmute.
